Hi, I arranged the licenses correctly, but it gives a license error.

I manually upload the certificates to the open machine from the deadline infrastructure section, but it still doesn’t work.

It could be that the wrong activation code and server URL were used. If you’re not using the activation code from ‘enable_usage’ that’ll happen.

To be sure you’ve got the right data set, take the steps here to pull and input the settings.

Hi, I am using enable_usage activation code and it still gives the same error.

I’m not sure then - there must be something else failing. If create a spot fleet with a suspended job, start streaming the Worker log (like you’ve got open in the screenshot on your first post) and then start the job we should see the first failure in the log.

When I bought the licenses, the UBL link did not come via email. I requested it later and it arrived. I think there might be a problem with that link.

Oh really? In that case could you cut a ticket to us at Support | AWS Thinkbox? We’ll need the email address you used to sign up for usage based licensing with, and it’s better for passing info around that we don’t want public.
