So I think this is the same bug that you guys were experiencing with the Job Limits that will be fixed by the next 8.0 build we’ll be putting out.

Yeah, it looks like the same bug; what’s happening is that the Limit ‘Overage’ count becomes negative, and “Stubs In Use” is just Regular Usage + Overage.
Assuming it’s the same bug we’re thinking, you should still be seeing 35 holders of that Limit (and therefore is actually maxed out), and should mostly be a display issue. Does that line up with what you’re seeing on your end?
That said, we just found another race condition in the Limit code that could lead to offsets in the counts. We’re getting that fixed ASAP as well, so we can hopefully get this next build as bullet-proof as we can
