[Linux] Assorted GUI layout/spacing issues

I’ve noticed a few instances of some bad text layout or fitting issues in various places in the Monitor. Many of the built-in submission GUIs seem to suffer from this issue, and there are some more general GUIs that have issues as well. I’ve attached a few examples.
