When I go to Tools -> Options, I get a popup error dialog, as shown in the attached image. Looks like a pretty basic PyQt Widget-vs.-Dialog issue.

Thanks! We can reproduce and it’s been logged as a bug.
Just wanted to add that this issue is still present in Beta 2.
Yup. The user option dialog doesn’t actually exist yet. 
When we fix it, we will note it in the release notes for that build.
