"Lock panels" bug

I have noticed that if you lock your panels it works just fine. That is until you double-click on the top bar of a panel. Even when you have your panels locked, this will pop out the panel and not let you put it back in until you unlock the panels again. I noticed this while double-clicking to try to highlight the contents of the search bar.

This is actually by design. When the UI is locked, panels can still be floated or closed. To pop a floating panel back in, just double click on the title bar in the floating window and it will put it back in the same place.
