I have set up my repository on a windows 7 box and shared it out \myserver-PC\ deadlinerepository6\ it is install at C:\deadlinerepository6
I can connect all of the windows clients no problems but when I come to trying to connect the mac osx boxs to the shared folder (which come up as /volumes/deadlinerepository6 on the mac) I get an error say there is no such share or directory (i dont have the exact word in front of me) \myserver-PC\ deadlinerepository6\ do I need to do some thing different on the mac to connect to the repository.

Just to verify, the Mac systems are able to mount the network shares, but when you try to access them it won’t let you? Or is this issue occurring even when you try to mount them? Thanks.
I am having this same exact issue running the latest RC of Deadline 6. The Repository was set up on Windows 7, on a Windows formatted drive on a network. In OS X, the Finder successfully mounts and sees the drive and folder containing the repository, and also sees it when I select the repository inside of Deadline on the Mac using the open dialog box.
But when I launch Deadline Monitor, it gives me an error message saying it can’t find the repository, even though the path it’s displaying is correct.
The Mac is running OS X 10.9.4.
In this particular instance, all we want to do is just be able to run the Deadline Monitor on the Mac.
