I’m trying to render some sequenses with mantra. I do a submit to deadline from Houdini, do overriding of IFD’s and of output pathes and submit with dependent mantra standalone job. IFD’s was rendered fine, but when the Mantra job was started it was crashed with following errors:
Can you send us the full log for the task that produced this error? Just right-click on the same task in the Monitor and select Task Reports -> View Log Report. Also, can you possibly send us an IFD file that produces this error?

Thanks for the ifd files. I was able to reproduce the same error from a command prompt outside of Deadline, so this particular error isn’t Deadline related, and Deadline is just the messenger in this case.
That being said, perhaps the problem lies in the IFD export feature in Deadline. Can you try exporting these same IFD files from within Houdini (without using Deadline), and then submit those IFD files to Deadline using the Mantra submission window in the Monitor? If you get the same error, then we know that the problem is related to Houdini/Mantra.
However, if these IFDs render successfully, then perhaps there is a problem with the way Deadline exports the IFDs. If that’s the case, please send us the new IFDs (the ones exported from within Houdini) and we could try comparing them to see if anything stands out.

Well, I did export within Houdini. The size of each IFD’s was upped to 4,15Mb… After that, I was submit Mantra using Monitor, but I was get the same error.
After that, I was submission in Houdini, as earlier. In this time the IFD’s filesize was increased to 3,9Mb, but was get the same error anyway… Then I was tried re-render this within Houdini again. IFD’s files was upped to 4,15 again, but the matra do not render it, the same error…
I guess that I need to rebuild this scene, because I get this error only with this single scene.
Yeah, I guess that looks like the only option at this point. At least we can rule out Deadline.
