What do you do if yo accidentally mark a slave as off line. Do you have to log into the slave to make it online again?

If the slave is still running, you don’t have to do anything. The next time it updates its state (which is every 20 to 40 seconds on average), it will show up as idle again. If the slave isn’t running, or it has hung, just restart the slave application.
