Particle Systems like PFlow cannot be used directly as Matte sources (because they are considered as particle sources).

That being said, you should be able to convert them to geometry using the 3ds Max Compound>Mesher object.
*Create one or more Mesher objects at the world origin.
*Pick a PFlow system in each Mesher.
*Select all Meshers and make a Named Selection Set.
*Set the selection set as Matte.
*Render.

The alternative is to use XMesh (in case you have access to it). It can combine all meshes of all PFlows (or other objects) to a single cache that could be used as a matte.

Please let me know if this solves your problem.
Also note that we have a FAQ entry regarding this:

Yea ,I’am an idiot , I tried the mesher before …but I was trying to add the pflow in the mesher instead the add objects .
Thanx a lot It works now !!
