When maxed is opened, in the MAXscript Listener it says. MaxKrakatoa.DLR failed to load, could not figure out KrakatoaHome. Not loading the rest…
What could this be…

Can you copy and paste the exact error message please? Also, can you confirm that an entry for Krakatoa has been added to the plugin.ini file in the 3ds Max root folder (or the en-US subfolder for Max 2013).

I Added the maps to the ini file, but now this error pops up on startup.

Error Loading Plugin-in DLL.

DLL <C:\Program Files\Thinkbox\Krakatoa MX\3dsmax2013\MaxKrakatoa.dlr> failed to initialize.
Error code 14001 - The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect.
Please see the application event log or use the command line sxtrace.exe tool for more detail.
