Maya 2018.6 Cannot load scene. Please check the scene path

Hello everybody,
thanks in advance for the support, from about 3 days, after updating maya and deadline we have the following problem:

I create any scene with maya arnold, load the scene on deadline and then deadline shows me some frames as rendered, in too fast times, in fact they don’t exist in any folder of the project, concretely they are not rendered. Other frames instead give the following error:

I state:

  • other scenes launched with 3ds max work correctly and share the same NAS, the same hard disk and the same network with the scenes of maya.

  • if I launch a scene on deadline from the “farm1” machine and I just whitelist the “farm1” machine I have the same problem anyway

  • scenes launched in local render batches are rendered correctly

  • I tried to add in mapped drivers the absolute path of the hard disk we’re working on (mapped driver “W:” remote path “//192.168.4.201/vfx”) and the problem persists.

any suggestions to solve?
