Maya Fatal Error

We are getting a fatal error when rendering with Maya 2017. Any info is helpful

Also, in related news, if your using Maya 2017, make sure you don’t use Update 3:

Maya 2017 Update 3 fails to render:

Unfortunately, Autodesk introduced a regression into Maya 2017 Update 3 where batch rendering crashes if the “-im” flag or other non-numeric render-time overrides are invoked on the command line to override the image file prefix at render time (Autodesk JIRA BUG: MAYA-81011). Autodesk have published this article Script to fix Batch Render crash issue with “-im” flag in Maya 2017 Update 3 with an updated “mayaBatchRenderProcedure.mel” file to fix the issue. Note: Maya 2017 Update 4 has now been released which has resolved this issue.

If all of the above still does not fix the issue, then support will ask for a full job log report from you to investigate further.
