Maya job with tokens

New with maya here so bare with me.

Im submitting jobs to the farm, and they’re rendering fine, but their output paths are not being submitted. Fortunately the submitter does give me an error about it.

[code]The job was submitted successfully, but there were some warnings:

• Ignoring output filename “M:/project//_.####.exr” because: Illegal characters in path.[/code]

I removed the tokens ( ) and it worked fine, but surely these are supported?

Hi Simon,
I believe the VRay MEL function which translates the changed between VRay v2 → v3 and we got this resolved in a later version of Deadline. Can you guys contact our sales team and get upgraded to Deadline v6.2.1? Fixes were made in both v6.2 and also in v6.2.1, so best to just upgrade to v6.2.1 to get all the latest support/fixes for VRay 3 in Maya.

Updated code in the integrated submitter that uses vrayTransformFilename to evaluate output path to work with latest vray 3 release.

Fixed some Vray related bugs in the integrated Maya submitter due to differences between Vray 2 and Vray 3.

Oh perfect, I thought that might be the case, I’m pretty sure we do have 6.2 but I haven’t upgraded yet
