maya outputs

Does anyone know why, when I send a Maya job I can’t open the output folder from deadline even though it is outputting the rendered frames properly and to the right location? Not a deal breaker but kind of annoying.

I am rendering with vray 3.604 and Maya 2017 on Deadline 9 with Windows.

Is it failing to open, or do you not have the option?

If it’s the latter, the Job info is missing the output information. If it’s the former, it’s either permissions (unlikely if you’re able to get there in a file browser) or the submitter got the path wrong when the job was created.
