So I just got build 10 of the 6.1 beta running and our Modo jobs are spitting out this error. No frames will render and the jobs fail pretty quickly. I had thought that I needed to integrate my changes to the ModoSubmission.py into the latest beta version. I did this but it did not affect this issue. Please let me know if there is any extra info that you need.

Did you upgrade your slaves to 6.1? If they’re still running 6.0, that would explain why you’re getting this error. Here is the documentation on minor upgrades (sorry, I should have sent this to you when you asked about upgrading in another thread):

Note though that if you have any OSX machines, you’ll have to run the client installer on them to upgrade them to 6.1. This was due to a bug with how the 6.0 client installer set permissions on OSX.
