Modo xx Formats file - origin

Looking at the modo support in DL 5.x, I see this in the format files under scripts/Submission/ModoSubmission/. I wonder how these files are defined (there are no comments). Does this correspond to some internal aspect of the modo install?

Did some digging. It looks those ini files are how we populate the output format box, and also it is how we check to see if what you chose in said box is supports tile re-assembly. The format support may be a TIleAssembler limitation however.
