Just to mention that all computers renders normally if scene is loaded inside SI and start rendering, also all of them can access network folder on storagewithouth problems and create files on it.
Only under deadline getting this error.
It sounds like mongo simply didn’t launch when your machine was restarted. Next time this happens, check if the mongod process is running on the machine. We should also take a look at the mongo log when this happens as well.
Which operating system is the database installed on (including if it’s 32 or 64 bit)? Let us know and we can let you know where to find the log.
Try restarting the flexlm license server application that manages the Deadline licenses. This behavior is a known flexlm issue, but we’ll be trying to help it in Deadline 7.
When you test the scene within Softimage, are you testing on the machines that are reporting this error? The issue could be a configuration issue on the specific machines (ie: missing plugins, mis-matched versions of plugins, etc).
Can you try submitting a simple scene to the farm to see if it renders on all machines?
Thanks!
