Monitor could use "Choose Columns" dialog

Most of the Monitor panes have large numbers of available columns, and picking a subset of them can be pretty painful (I’m looking at you, Slaves pane…). With the new flexible UI allowing for multiple incarnations of each pane, this customization will be happening much more frequently.

It would be great to have a “Choose Columns…” option and associated dialog added to each pane’s header context menu to speed this up.

At the very least the menu shouldn’t disappear when you uncheck a column. Unchecking all except for 1 or 2 columns is painful.

The “customize…” option will be available in the column header context menu in beta 4. It will allow you to change the visibility and order of all the columns at once.
