I was wondering if there was any possibility to change the time range between every refresh of the monitor. I think it might help the monitor stop crashing too often.

It would probably be better to figure out why your monitor is crashing. 
Which operating system are you on? We’re aware of a Linux issue that causes the Monitor to crash after 24-48 hours. We were also able to reproduce a crash on OSX, but we’ve fixed this particular issue in our internal version and we’ll be including the fix in beta 13.

Hmm, we haven’t seen any crashing on Windows in our tests. The next time it happens, if you get the crash report dialog popup, can you get the crash report and post it?
