ms vs s confusing

I vote that you only measure slave update times in seconds.

When I see “708 ms” I assume it’s longer than 30s since it has more digits. I would prefer everything to be in seconds for ‘at a glance’ information. Whether it was 200ms ago or .3 seconds isn’t interesting to me.

I’m sure we can just ditch the ms and round up to the next second.
