My deadlineworkers can't see the license file or server it looks like

Hello,
My deadlineworkers can’t see my license on my license server, the monitor can see them started but no licenses assigned.
I can ping my license server from every worker. I have all my firewalld OFF on the machine and the license server. I am behind a meraki, that is the only different thing from before, I am running a meraki to shield my network.
Any issues known for that ?

The error I have is:

I do a service thinkboxls status on my license server and I have a “License server is running”
So I guess my licenses are showing up.

Hello!

Could you take a look at the license server log and see if it’s also having issues? You can find out where your log file lives based our your operating system here in the docs.

Otherwise it looks like you’ve checked most of what we’d get you to check. The last bit would be to try using telnet to connect to the license server from the worker machine.

Something like telnet 172.16.0.4:2708 to make sure that port is open would make sure that’s set properly.

I can’t comment about how a Meraki handles the network, so hopefully that means they don’t usually cause trouble!
