I seem to get this message when asking for a new document

Hi. We’ll take a look, but we have a couple of questions:

  1. Does this message only appear when you try to create a new document? Does it pop up when you first run Sequoia as well or does it start up without any problems?

  2. Do you have more than one monitor attached to your computer?

  3. Can you provide the model of your graphics card and monitor(s)?

As an alternative, can you check if your graphics card driver is up to date? We’ve been able to reproduce a bug similar to this on one of our machines and making sure the drivers were up to date fixes it.

Unfortunately Windows Update for us doesn’t appear to check if the driver is up to date. You might need to look up how to do it for your graphics card.
