new license-file does not work in C4D

Hello,
my new license-file ( including 3DsMax-Krakatoa-permanent and C4D-license) does not work with C4D. i set the path in LMTOOLS under “config Services” to the new license-file and in 3DSMax krakatoa is running fine. but in C4D i got always the errormessage: " could not aquire Krakatoa workstation license" i tried both methods: license-server and node-locked under licensing-tab. any idea what is going wrong?

So, the first thing when we’re tryting to figure this out is to see if you’ve got any problems with the license server if this is in fact a floating license.

Can you share the guts of debug log? Usually it’s better to get at the support people (me or Dwight) at support@thinkboxsoftware.com for these sorts of things, but let’s see if we can’t figure it out here. Don’t post your license file, but the log should be good.
