No compression for WriteToFile() function?

Hi

We wrote a simple draft template to convert Image from one format to another and to apply a lut if needed. We noticed that when saving to tif format, there is no compression applied, so a exr image of 15mb saves to a tif image of 1gb where nuke with LZW saves a tif around 25mb.

Is there any way to compress what WriteToFile function saves?

Yup, you are correct, I’m getting uncompressed tiff images too. I’ve put that on our wishlist.
