went to create a spot fleet today and it looks like the GPU instances have been removed since yesterday?

g4dn.xlarge, ami-016edc9eab890788d, Linux/UNIX, us-east-1e, requested instance type is not supported in the requested Availability Zone
im getting these errors quite a bit. It looks like the gpu nodes are totally unavailable in every region i have tried so far.
is there a way for me to check the regions in advance to see if there are available gpu nodes within them?
