No software available when trying to start spot fleet in AWS Portal

I’m trying to set up rendering in AWS. I’ve gotten to the point of starting a spot fleet but my AMI list is empty:

Is there something I need to do to populate the software list?

I’ve seen this before. In my instance it was because we were a point release behind the current version of deadline. Might check your version numbers against whats available to make sure that isn’t the case here

Thanks. I’ve updated the server and clients, but when I try to update AWSPortalLink it always fails with the error:

Error running C:\Program Files\Thinkbox\Deadline10\bin/deadlinecommand GetAWSPortalSetting AWSPortalLinkPublicIpOverride: Program ended with an error exit code

Even after creating new IAM credentials.

More info on this. I tried rebooting the machine and running the installed again - I’m now getting:

Unable to authenticate the AWS credential provided.

I’ve tried with both the original and new credentials.
