Nuke submission panel - frame counter and clever defaults

Hi guys,

a couple of things would be great to have in the Nuke submission panel:

  1. a read-only knob that tells you how many frames the frame list value will render (e.g. if the frame list is 10-30, the frame counter would show 21)
    This would be handy to manually set up the most efficient value for “frames per task” without having to use your brain too much.

  2. Even cooler would it be it there was an button to calculate the frames per task, threads and memory limited automatically based on the local machine’s resources (for those who use Deadline to just manage the local machine rather than multiple machines)

We can add (1) to the wish list. For (2), you could probably write a sanity check script to automatically set defaults for certain settings based on your requirements:
