I think the problem might be that you’re pointing to Nuke’s .app package as the executable:

/Applications/Nuke7.0v2/NukeX7.0v2.app

Try setting it to the executable inside the package to see if that helps. For example:

/Applications/Nuke7.0v2/Nuke7.0v2.app/Contents/MacOS/Nuke7.0v2
