None of the menu items in Lanuncher’s “Icon”-menu trigger any action. The “DeadlineLauncher”-menu works fine.
Please consider reviewing some of the keyboard shortcuts in Monitor. Command + V should in my opinion be reserved for Paste on the mac. Especially when you already use Command + C for copy 
How about using Command + i for “View #### Reports” instead? Get “I” nfo sort of…
