output file name is not a full path warning

Here is a warning a user is getting when submitting vray render elements using the vray frame buffer through deadline.

The job was submitted successfully, but there were some warnings:

  • Ignoring output filename “caulking gun.alpha.####.png” because: Value of “OutputFilename1” key (“caulking gun.alpha.####.png”) is not a full path and thus it requires a non-empty corresponding “OutputDirectory1” key.
  • Ignoring output filename “caulking gun.VRayZDepth.####.png” because: Value of “OutputFilename2” key (“caulking gun.VRayZDepth.####.png”) is not a full path and thus it requires a non-empty corresponding “OutputDirectory2” key.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi,
Thanks for reporting the error. It’s already been fixed in our current v6.2 beta build. It’s a bit cosmetic, as it will only cause the render element ‘output path’ to not be available via the right-click, monitor output option. The actual job should render just fine.
Regards,
Mike
