When I make a Stoke simulation (last release) with a high rate nember (like 100 000), the particles creation only appear and render (and seems to exist) at last frames (from 90 to 100 when frames end to 100 per exemple)
I get this with fumeFX and Realflow velocity source.
In this “empty frames”, there is no “count : xxx” in the viewport.
Likely you ran out of cache memory so the earlier frames were dropped due to the memory limit. You should enable the disk cache so those frames have somewhere to go when they are removed from memory.
