Particle file does not exist when offsetting prt object

I am meshing a prt file importing a bin particle sequence from real flow and when I offset the bin sequence in prt object to make it start later, I get an error of negative frame not existing… With the offset, the mesh is just supposed to start for example at frame 32 with an offset of -32, so it’s normal that there is no particle before frame 32.

ERR: BuildMesh (FrostSplash_B): particle_file_istream_factory: The input file “F:\Projets 3D\SPB_CHOCA\3dsmax\import\boomer\realflow\SPLASH05_4_HR_25FPS_retimedB\SPLASH05_4_HR_25FPSretimedB_-0002.bin” does not exist.

And on the first frames frost do not build at all, it start to build like 10 frame too late. I don’t know if it’s realated to this error.

Did you remember to set a custom range to avoid missing frames?

Same applies to PRT Loaders.

No I didn’t! I will try that thanks!
