sometimes Kraktoa hangs if I load a partition sequence again in a prt loader and want to partition it again. I know its the wrong way but anyway…
Are you trying to overwrite the partition that you are loading to re-partition? That will bugger things up, double check and make sure your save to sequence is writing to a non-loaded sequence or better yet a new folder. There is nothing wrong with re-partitioning a partition
