Peak CPU Usage calc > 100%

Not sure what it means when the Peak CPU usages are above 100%. Been getting this in the deadline tasks reports… sometimes 200+ despite average CPU usage in single digits%
What does it mean?

I believe this is indicative of a multi core CPU, but if you can share a job report or two, plus a screen shot we can look it over.

Ic… we do have multi core CPU… but wouldnt Deadline report a more accurate peak % per core? Attached is the screenshot.

The usage % is actually averaged across all cores – values greater than 100% being reported are a bug in Deadline (I believe it was related to dynamic clock rates) that will be getting fixed in Deadline 8.0. Sorry about the confusion!
