pending job scan frozen?

The process has been running for 20+ mins:

But according to the logs, its been long finished running (last lines of log):

2016-06-01 11:15:34:      Pending Job Events - Checking for pending job events
2016-06-01 11:15:34:      Pending Job Events - Processing 1 job events

2016-06-01 11:15:34:      Pending Job Events - Done.

Any ideas?

Had to manually kill the process, then trigger a new process

Interesting, seems we likely just need an extra try/catch somewhere. Has this been happening regularly? Or was it a one-off so far?
