per plugin type cleanup times

We have arbitrary requirements per job type as to when it should get archived…

For example, nuke / python jobs could disappear from the queue basically 1-2 days after completion. But max jobs are usually required for 1-2 weeks. Some sim jobs, even longer.

Could this be made a per-plugin option?

Actually, maybe if this was a job attribute, it would be better…
Something like:

OverrideAutoCleanupTime=
AutoCleanupTime=

[rrussell]

We can add these override properties to the wish list.
