Pipeline Tools window keeps opening on close

Hi guys,

1. DL 8.1.5.4
2. Win7
3. Nuke

Open the Nuke submitter and click the button to open the pipeline tools. Once that window is open hit the X on the window to close it. The submitter window sits frozen while a new pipeline tools window opens somewhere else on the desktop (sometimes under the window) making it seem like everything froze.

Internally this has already been fixed. It should be included in the next build of 8.1.
