I’m on Deadline Version: 6.0.0.50117, Windows 8 x64, Maya 2013. One day the Monitor crashed. My active job became “corrupted”. It’s seems that there’s no way to delete it:

Try entering super user mode to see if the option shows up.
By default, a user can only delete their own jobs, and since a corrupted job doesn’t have a known user, that would explain why you aren’t able to delete it.
