Hey, this is not a major deal but wanted to mention it anyway. I’ve noticed that we have some jobs that produce quicktimes and then have a post-job script that will update Shotgun, or send an email, etc. If the quicktime generation task fails, the entire job is basically failed, but the post-job script doesn’t run and the job sits “queued” as if it’s waiting on open machines. I think it would be great to fail the entire job if the only task that’s not failed is the post-job script. Thoughts?
This is a known issue, and is currently logged as a bug.
Thanks!
