DeadlineMonitor (in Super user mode) > Preferences…
Now seems to give me a pop up the reads “This dialog still needs to be created.”
This was working for me in beta 4.
We actually had Preferences hooked up to the wrong dialog in beta 4. 
The dialog that Preferences used to popup can be found in the Tools menu while in Super User mode. It’s the Configure Repository Options menu item.
The Tools -> Options dialog from beta 4 is what Preferences was supposed to bring up.
