Probably a dumb question

But when I’m about to partition a scene of particles, does the output size of the actual animation matter when it comes to the size and quality of the partitioned files?
or can I just partition on like a 640x480 then compose the parts and do a final render at like 1080 and have a clean HD output?

sorry for the dumb question but I’m really wanting to learn Krak and a lot of the tutorials out there aren’t that in-depth.

The image output resolution is not used when Krakatoa is set to “Save particles to particle sequence” mode. So you could partition particles with the output images set to 640x480, and it wouldn’t make any difference in the final render.
