Problems with 3dsmax + v-ray versions

I am having problems when I send a different task to the 2022 version of 3dsmax+v-ray, if I send a task in the 2022 version all the nodes work perfectly but when I switch to the 2021,2020 version these 2 do not work and they are installed in each node the same.

Restart the windows nodes after installing, else the environment variables don’t get picked up. If you did this already you may need to re-install

Yes, you were right with restarting the node it works, I have installed v-ray and arnold in different versions and sometimes they give errors but then it renders, I have to investigate a little more.
