Hm,
done the one tut with the vertex-noised Teapot again (Partitioning existing File Sequence).
Loaded the prt-loader via Shift from the Mainmenu at the origin. Imported the files.
Just a part of the cap appear in place.
The part of the cap will dissapear on frame 2.

Viewport defaults to 1%. Set to 100% and you will see them all.
For advanced users, it is possible to save a preset with all your current settings and make it the Default setup for new PRT Loaders.
So it is possible to force new PRT Loaders to show 100% of all particles without touching anything.
But if your files tend to be large, using 1% is safer.
