Pulse Application error

I’m running pulse as a service on our server and I it always shuts down after 30 sec.
This never happened when we were using deadline 4.

Hi,
Is it possible that you might have another user account logged onto the Pulse machine, which has another instance of Pulse running?

Check the pulse logs. To find them, log into the machine and start up the Monitor. Then select help -> Explore Log Folder. Find the most recent pulse log, and send it to us. Hopefully it will explain why Pulse is shutting down.
