Im new to deadline and need some guidance of how to execute python script in 3dsmax that are distributed through deadline, its not a rendering job but a scripting job in workstation mode.
In 3dsmax the scripting job only supports .maxscript files from what I can see in the submitter?
If I send it as a pre-job script then it fails on loading pymxs. Post job doesnt work either.
How can I send a python scripting job to deadline,
open a empty 3dsmax scene,
inject a specific filepath into my python file and then run the python script?
My plan was to submit the job from external python so I inject needed filepaths into the script
The script relies on pymxs so it needs to be executed inside 3dsmax.
