This task has failed many times, but is currently in a ‘queued’ state. Yet it shows with the red of a ‘failed’ task

Hmmm, interesting, it should be changing colours when it has errors, but certainly not to the full-on failed colour. We’ll have a look, thanks for reporting this

Out of curiosity, are you using the “Change Color Of Tasks That Accumulate Errors” setting found under “Options” -> “Monitor Options”?
Yes, its enabled!
