Just a little tweak to the main Quicktime plugin.options file which I think makes sense:
In “Quicktime.options”:
[FrameRate]
Type=float
Minimum=0.01
Maximum=100.00
DecimalPlaces=2
Increment=0.01
Label=Frame Rate
Category=Quicktime Options
Description=The frame rate
Required=true
DisableIfBlank=false
Default=24.00
I added the following 2 lines:
DecimalPlaces=2
Increment=0.01
