Hi there,

Saw this in the release notes:

  • Added an option to Deadline.ini that disables creation of readWrite test files when testing a Repository connection.

Would this option have to be set manually on each machine? Or is the default value false? Is this controllable from the central repository options?

There’s an auto configuration option called “Skip Permission Check”. If enabled, this will allow the slaves to start with the creation of those read/write test files disabled.
