Sorry… I looked around and can;t find a direct answer. How do I read a RealFlow bin file sequence? I figured out how to get the file birth and position, looks cool, but can’t get the sequence loaded… just a single bin file (frame) at a time. Can someone walk me through the best way to load the sequence of bin’s in?

Hi Chris,
File Birth will create a number of particles based upon a single frame. File
Position will move particles to their corresponding location in the particle
file.
I don’t have RealFlow at my remote office, so I haven’t done anything with
BIN files yet. If they work at all like PRT files, you will need to Birth
enough particles at the beginning of your sequence to reach the maximum in
your largest BIN file. You can use a standard Birth operator for this.
Then use Krakatoa File Position to move them through the sequence of BIN
files.
I’ll try to get some BIN files from the main office so I can do some testing
here, but “in theory”, the above procedure should work. Let me know how it
goes.
After a little more research, I figured out it was the name issue with name0100001 having to be renamed to name010_001
Now I problems with the Y-up vs Z-up space… wonder I I solve that…

Solved that too... Use Node Transform....
