I have a problem with some cinema4d scene with redshift. I’m using the Matrix scatter for fill the scene
with woods and grass, and when i render with picture view it’s all right, but when i render trought deadline seems that only the matrix scatter objects are not rendered… How can i solve this problem?

Do you see any errors or warnings in the task reports? You can pull those and share them with these steps from the documentation. If you’ve got confidential information or just don’t want to share that kind of info to the wider internet you can create a ticket at awsthinkbox.zendesk.com.
That’ll be the first step, and if we don’t see anything amiss in the task reports the next step would be the troubleshooting guide to isolate the issue away from the Worker.
